We understands that unexpected changes happen. However, our time and your time are valuable. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in a fee of 75% of the service fee. Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
